DMCA Policy

Xclusiveland respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We take copyright infringement seriously and respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright violations.

Suppose you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content hosted on Xclusiveland infringes on your copyright. In that case, you may submit a takedown request by providing a written notification that includes the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  2. The exact URL(s) of the material you believe to be infringing.

  3. Your contact information, including your name, email address, and phone number.

  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Once we receive a valid DMCA complaint, the allegedly infringing content will be removed quickly. We may also notify the user who uploaded the material and provide them with the opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was made in error.

Counter-Notification:

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification containing the following:

  • Identification of the material removed and the URL where it appeared before removal

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was mistakenly removed

  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court

  • Your physical or electronic signature
